The tradition of afternoon tea goes back to the early nineteenth century and is attributed to Anna, the 7th Duchess of Bedford. A pot of tea and a light snack with friends became her afternoon favourite and was soon popular in fashionable society. Fleur Ashley allows you to enjoy this tradition in comfortable surroundings with fine china at excellent value.

You can enjoy home cooking, a friendly welcome, a relaxing atmosphere and an amazing range of teas, coffees, breakfasts, lights lunches, cream teas and homemade cakes and scones. You can watch the scones being made and enjoy the delicious aromas as they cook fresh every day. We challenge you not to want to enjoy them hot from the oven. Or if you are too full you can take them home to enjoy later.
We also offer our food to take away so you can enjoy it at home or somewhere special.
